"I was on a quick shopping spree in the Rathaus Galerie in Leverkusen and needed to grab something quickly to eat for lunch. I stopped off at Meister Chicken as the food looked and smelt inviting and there was still enough place to sit down. I ordered the veal doner kebab in a large, warm roll with all the veggies and some fiery, pale reddish sauce. That was hot... I certainly needed my small beaker of Fanta to wash away the heat. All for the princely sum of 6,00 Euro.By chance I met up with some colleagues who were equally enjoying their short lunch break here."

"The story of how I ended up here is a bit funny. I was walking with my girlfriend in the city center, when some students of a design school where promoting the Keupstrasse in Mulheim. Apparently Mulheim has a bad reputation and the Keupstrasse even...more in Cologne. And the students where promoting it as an awesome street. So I wanted to visit the street. We took the public transport until the Keupstrasse and started wandering in the street. I was really surprised to see the nice atmosphere, suddenly you think you are in a street in Turkey, with a lot of restaurants, bakeries, shops,.... We picked up Sahan kebab as a restaurant to have a meal and we where really not dissapointed. The restaurant was serving a lot of great turkish dishes and grill plates and the usual kebab. I took a Adana kebab plate (Grilled minced spicy meat with rice and veggies), which was delicious and a freshly made Ayran (turkish yoghurt drink). The food was excellent and the service very good. The place is a bit far away from the city centre, so I don't think it's worth visiting if you are a tourist. But if you are coming regularly to Cologne it's really worth it. Real turkish food in a really cool Turkish neighborhood."

"Es handelt sich um einen Imbiss mit viel Auswahl. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Man sollte nicht ein Luxus Restaurant erwarten.Die Betreiber sind freundlich, der Laden gut Besucht, aufgrund der Lage sehr bekannt in Schlebusch.Geschmacklich ist auch alles in Ordnung."

"This little restaurant, located just outside the center of Cologne, from outside seems a gastronomy, but behind there is a beautiful hall, furnished in Turkish style, the staff very kind and smiling, but the biggest surprise is food: simply delicious! The cook has a really great talent, traditional dishes, but balanced, never banal, not too much on tastes. To try the kebab in several variations, unfortunately I do not remember the name of the other dishes, but be advised, all very good!"
