"Pretty good Turkish. My complaint is I WANTED a pide. Really wanted a pide for lunch especially since their sign says, “Bistro Sofra II Kebap Pide”. I expected to see pide on the menu but … none. When I asked the waitress told me the Turkish population in Mainz isn’t sizeable so there’s no market for pide. Okay, I understand that but if you don’t serve pide, take that off your sign! Okay, despite my pide desire going unfulfilled, the doner teller I had, and the Adana kebab that my wife had, were very good. So … I’ll forgive them ‘cause their food was really good! I’d go back here for kebab in the future."

"Great food at a low price, I am from the U.S. and went on a river cruise that is docked overnight on the rhine river a few blocks from this carry out restaurant. They have all of the menu with numbers and pictures since they definitely do not speak English or even German but the service was still very good. Pizza is decent and I had the BIGGEST falafel pita I have ever seen in my life . If you are American and end up on this town check this out for quick casual take away. Cheers!"
