"Worth the drive for amazing Halal food! My Islamic friends introduced this restaurant to me and so glad they did. If you're eating with thr group, the family platters are the way to go. Everyone can find something they like, even picky eaters. Also stop next door when you're done for dessert at Palm Sweets."

Enjoy tea as you wait for the fresh food and look around at the fun artwork and decorations. "Hello. All, I would like to say first of all that Shalimar Charcoal Kabobob has once again made a great task for gastronomy. I have been going to this place for many years (15 and they never seem disappointed. I used them for several weddings (300 ppl and the food and service was always on the point. I gave me an order for an iftaar dinner and my wife was host for our family and friends. We ordered Channa (Chick bases, Chicken Karahi, Tandoori chicken, Shekh cabobs, chaat (app and Kheer). Each article was delicious and everything we got was compliments for all our guests. They were punctual with my order and they prepared the naan as desired. As usual. If you are not yet here or ordered / from them before, I recommend them for all your needs! Although property has changed, people do not understand that cook and cooks are still the same! Omar Farooq keeps up the great work!"

"Note: most reviews of this site seem to be fake and to cook. this is a google 4-star restaurant safe. we were in sterling for a movie in the evening and we wanted to have dinner so we decided to come here. we were well welcomed and the staff was super friendly. concerning eating, we were recommended for the starters a chappli kebab. In addition, we have ordered two types of biriyanis, a disc court and two chicken dishes. the kebab was really well presented and tasted amazing. the other dishes were also great. the vindaloo I ordered didn't taste like the vindaloo I used so I can't evaluate it, but I tasted all the other dishes and they were really good. highly recommended."
