"Showed up quite late with 11 people and no booking, the staff were happy to fit us in! They also were happy for us to order in small groups to make less awkward bill splitting later. "The Indian hut is a uriger place to eat once. prices are affordable, but I wouldn't eat here every night. the meals lasted 20 to 30 minutes to arrive (20 minutes brought us our teller and 30 when the food arrived.) the dishes where delicious and pleasant. only complaining, the utensils were not the cleanest."

"Beautiful ambiance with a spacious dining area. Lovely classical background music . Loved the light fluffy basmati rice served with variety of meat, especially the fish and chicken. The various aubergine starters are really nice too. Would recommend it for functions. Theres belly dance performance on Saturday evening too"

This restaurant will remind you of that.My 'very hard to please ' and health conscious husband took me to this restaurant for the first time when I was pregnant and wanted to eat out. The reason for he took me there was because he said that it was only place in the whole Sydney where you get 'REAL AUTHENTIC INDIAN ' food made from QUALITY INGREDIENTS and he cared for our little baby developing inside me.People look up to my husband for his opinion and recommendations due to his uncompromising and high standards. So, if he was taking me there, I knew it MUST be the best.And oh my god what a beautiful experience I had! Although it was fully packed but we managed to get a table for 2 after 15 minutes wait. The owners were so nice and loving. They treated me like their own family. The staff was so busy but they served everyone with smile. And the food was as if it was cooked in heaven! Honestly, that was the real authentic Indian food. I tried Saag (a spinach recipe) and Malati Kofta. For the first time in my life, I tasted flavour of chickpea flour marinate so perfectly balanced with spinach and mustard along with the hint of mild, gentle spices. It was not dry and it was not watery just the perfect consistency and texture! The recipe of dumplings of Malai Kofta is exclusive in this restaurant. It was out of the world the dumplings melted in my mouth and created a symphony of flavours floating on the creamy sauce. It went so well along with the Peshawari Naan. The hard to copy filling of Peshawari Naan by Tommy is so delicious I do not think I have ever tasted such a tasty Peshawari Nann anywhere.I am so spoilt now that I do not want to eat in any other Indian restaurant.Although the owner and the chef, Tommy, was extremely busy but towards the end of the night, he came out and tried speaking to customers on all the tables asking for reviews. His wife was managed the entire show outside the kitchen for the entire time in a perfect manner lightening up the entire restaurant with beautiful smile and gentle care for every single table with her employees.I really wish if Tommy had this restaurant in front of Sydney Harbour the world should know what is actually real authentic food is.I wish them lots of success. God bless them."

- Taste : Average food , little bland to meet Indian palate<br>
- Staff : superb friendly staff and very welcoming<br>
- Ambience : Excellent, Restaurant gives a classy feel<br>
- Serving per plate : Very low quantity<br>
- Cost for two :Approx 70 for two<br>
- What I tried : Tandoori chicken (Good), amritsaari machali(ok), Dum biryani(too costly for the quantity and taste ), Chicken curry(ok), breads were good.<br>
Aloo tiki was good.Kajoo curry was good<br>
- In short : Very costly restaurant and would not recommend it. Waiting time has erased the entire appetite."
