"I was very disappointed with my food I normally go to the location on 336 S. Loop West and I never have a problem with my food it’s always fresh and hot not today from this location my chicken nuggets were very cold and tasted old and they looked like they had been sitting under the warming lamp for a long time I bit into 1 and it was all dried out and the fries were burnt and hard I just couldn’t eat anything so I decided to just throw everything away I was really hungry hadn’t eaten all day and I was ready to enjoy my food but unfortunately it didn’t happen I only went to this location because I was in the area going to Target but never again will I order food from here just a waste of my money and time ?"

"I frequent Whataburger, I have lived in Texas for nearly 7 years now. I used to come to this location before moving closer to N Loop, and it was quick and fresh every time back then. Since recently moving back here, I have been incredibly disappointed withthe service. I am actually currently waiting in the drive thru line (have been for over 30 min now! to place my order. They saythey are working as fast as they can, despite one car having been ahead of me and there being an empty dining room upon myarrival. I wonder when I'll be able to eat tonight!"

"We went to this Outback on a Thursday evening, 6pm, for a birthday party for our 11 year old grandson. There were 9 of us, a mix of children and adults. Our server, Colson, or Carlton, we never really figured out his name, was pretty great despite half of our group being kids. He had other tables to deal with, which he did, and managed our group as well. Of course he also had a great support staff, bringing our appetizers, running the food, bringing the A1, extra ketchup, etc, whatever was needed. We had some issues with a few entrees, unfortunately all of our baked potatoes were not done, that was disappointing. My son in law did request a replacement, but my husband and I just let it go, there was already too much going on with a crabby toddler. I did try my grandson's, and his was not done either, but he was too excited about his birthday to really notice the undone baked potato. If his had been done, I would have snaked it for sure. My chicken was dry, but my steak and my lobster tail were great. My daughter, the worst one for this to happen to, had an overcooked steak, and she is absolutely unforgiving, as always, so the second I saw her face, I knew the steak was going back. It did take a bit for Colson to get to us, and my daughter was getting frustrated, she took the baby outside to feed her and we were able to get the steak replaced without any fuss. I'm pretty sure the head chef/lead cook, brought out the replacement steak, just as my daughter was coming back in, so the timing was perfect, as was the replacement steak. We were disappointed that there wasn't any kind of birthday recognition for our grandson, but maybe that is just not a thing anymore. I guess we all expected at least a dessert for the grandson, maybe Outback doesn't participate in birthdays like we thought they did. Overall, after everything came to an end, I will close and say that this could have gone either way, but because Service was good, I am giving them 4 stars."

"Mark is a very rude. I used to work here at canes I LOVED the job I had good trainers but this job just wasn’t for me. I am a soccer player and I tend to have tournaments and after school practice I thought I would quit so that someone who is more reliable could get a job. I will agree my notice was not so early but I did give a notice in that notice stating I wasn’t reliable and also stating I was thankful for the opportunity I was given. They never responded. Mark then called me asking why I didn’t show up I told him about the notice I gave he then proceeded to ask “why?”I then responded with me having to deal with soccer and then having my schedule mixed up with soccer he then rudely responded saying that it is Sunday and that I have no games Sunday and asked what was the problem. I had no words because of how he was trying to intimidate me with his tone, this was my first job I’m new to all of this I couldn’t express myself to him due to how he came off at me so then he said “goodluck finding another job” I don’t know if he meant it sarcastically but it came off sarcastically. So I have something to say Mark thank you. Something I couldn’t say after u hung up thank you for the opportunity I was given but just because you’re a manager it doesn’t give you a right to act any better than me and it doesn’t make you any better than me. Work on your customer service and temper and learn how treat your customers with respect and learn how to be more understanding maybe then you wouldn’t have this many bad reviews on a fast food restaurant due to just your mistakes."
