"The food here is delicious, and the staff is really friendly. They encourage using their online menu since COVID, but menus are available upon request. Definitely will be going back. The prices are really good for the portion sizes, as well."

"This place is not to be confused with Park Grill in Gatlinburg. I love the design of the place. They have tables, as well as booths. There's a huge fireplace also, when you first walk in, which I'm sure they only use when it's colder outside. The music was a little too loud and wasn't exactly my taste, but it was tolerable. We started with the fried pickles that came with a side of ranch, and they were pretty good. My mom ordered the sirloin with a baked potato and green beans. She said everything tasted great, but the sirloin was a little overcooked and I thought it was kind of tough. She had asked for medium well, but it was definitely well done. I ordered the chicken pasta with spinach and sun dried tomatoes. It also comes with mushrooms, but I told them to leave them off. It tasted all right, but I expected a little more for the price. The service was good, but I doubt we'll go back."

"Food was awesome! I have been searching for a good pizza and wing place since we moved back from middle TN and this place is the new spot for us. You drive up to a spot like sonic has order and they bring it to your car. The wings are lightly breaded and wecant find that anywhere near us, i don't usually care a whole lot for spaghetti but their's was spot on and the pizza is so danggood! If you happen to be on magnolia stop and give it a try, it is so worth it."

"I went to this Texas Roadhouse with my in laws and twins around lunch time. The Early Dine menu had plenty of food items to choose from. Slightly disappointed that the Bacon Cheeseburger is no longer on the Early Dine menu. Our waitress was really nice and kept our water cups filled. I had the 6oz sirloin steak dinner. The flavor was nice but a little more done than I cared for. The sweet potato with cinnamon butter had amazing flavor. I typically only love sweet potato French fries, but the flavor for the sweet potato was comparable. My husband had the Bacon Cheeseburger. My husband thought it was ok; but the burger had been cooled off so much that the cheese remained in a solid American style cheese patty. The burger itself was a little salty and dry; but definitely still audible. My father in law had the BBQ Chicken dinner with mixed veggies and fries. The vegetables were made perfectly. The chicken was appropriately proportioned but kind of generic. His expectation would be an off-the-grill taste; and was thoroughly disappointed but still ate his food. My mother in law had the BBQ Chicken dinner with broccoli and baked potato. She enjoyed her veggies immensely. She asked for baked potato on the side but they put it on her baked potato. The chicken felt very plain and should have had more grill flavor. I went into the ladies restroom to change my son; and while everything was available, the changing table was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Disappointed, as I have been to many Texas Roadhouses, and have never had such an off experience all around. I'm not sure that I will come back for the food; but everyone was really nice that we interacted with."

"Extremely disappointed. I live 10 hours away from a location and have loved Bo’s but this location really let me down after my 10 hour drive and craving Bo’s for months.Also really bummed the lobby was closed because then I had to figure out a way to eat my dinner. The food was over cooked , dry and had hard pieces. Only thing good was my mashed potatoes thank the lord !I knew I should’ve listened to my gut when I seen all the cars in the clovers line and Bo’s was a ghost town. Whelp…. Lesson learned."

"If I could zero stars I definitely would! manager rude as hell wait on a DoorDash was 30 minutes and they were pretty much out of everything these poor people wanted! I coke to find out they made the order but were missing items so they just let me sit there and wait for 40 minutes to tell me they made it like got to be the worst fast food experience I 've had and I 've worked for Wendys for some time"

"Only the complaint is that we had to use a card because there was not enough cash to hand, that is something you should mention as the customer just order if they only have a $100 bill or such. But good food, thanks for your hard work"
