"I think this is one of the best examples of a place where you get good meals but with the worst service. Ridiculously long waiting times and inefficient staff. Everything here is delivered as combo, even if you order any small item, you will get a combo offer to eat it in the dirtiest tables and weird waiters staring at you and the table. Please carry a table wipe or cloth with you before entering this unorganized outlet. If you are somebody who respect the dine-in experience, I hope you know food isn’t everything."

"We had a table for 2 people for the evening hours. The food itself was very good and of high quality. However, and this has markedly upset our mood, the service was. Only after repeated requests the wine was brought and the repeatedly ordered bottle of Sprudel did not come at all. It was also not questioned for empty glasses whether we still want something, let alone ask if everything is okay. 2 tables, whose guests were apparently known to the service personnel, were served accordingly. We could overlook the relatively long waiting period, which is no problem, but the service was unfortunately not good at all and not very friendly for my feeling. I think the service should be much better for a restaurant with these requirements. Therefore, unfortunately only 2 stars, but we are sure that this will be even better. We booked a table for 2 for the evenings. The food itself was very good and of high quality. However, and that clearly evaporated our mood, what the service. Only after repeated requests was the wine brought and the bottle of sparkling water that had ordered several times didn't even come.
