"I had previously written a very long review this past summer because we were so disappointed with service and quality of the food. We were unable to contact anyone by phone, and were not given a receipt with purchase. This wasn't the first time something had gone wrong wrong ordering from BK but, this was the by far the worst experience. So, we attempted to contact the head officers but no phone number is listed and there is only an email for customer service. It's been months and we have not received any response. Other places are quick to answer and apologize even offering compensation orders replacements. This particular location is often under staffed and dirty. We won't be returning any time soon, if ever. Good luck to those of you who dare to eat there."
