"I really liked this place, but unfortunately the employees and catering managers who work on this site are so rude and not helpful. I tried to call twice to place my order, no one answered her phone so I visited the location and tried to place the order and I was asked to call. the catering manager finally agreed to talk to me to take the order and she had a posture. it was such a bizarre experience. I will not visit again. when I picked up the order a week later, I had the same experience. so disappointed."

"Got in, and we were waiting around 40 minutes before the waiter came back to the table to take orders, 30 minutes for Jack and coke after asking for another one. Really, really, really slow. Doesn't seem like orders were getting put in, and doesn't seem like there's enough staff present to serve much more than the seating that's available at the bar. Maybe skip this, and go to island wing or something else if you don't plan on a 2-3 hour stay at the restaurant waiting on items. Mid-visit update! We have now given up on drinks, and started walking from our table to the bar for refills. If we hit the three hour mark here, we're about to just pay up for what was brought to the table and walk out. Down to one star now for sure, unfortunately. Post visit update. Alright. Management became involved after someone from our table went up front to make a complaint after having been waiting for as long as we were at that point. Additional staff was brought to the table, and everything was expedited at the end right as we were finishing up and about to leave. Food was good, hot and prepped well once it got to the table. I have no complaints with the drinks or the food served."

"This is one of my favorite places to eat either lunch or dinner. I enjoy the Black Bean soup, adding just a little rice and onions. The owners always seem happy to see me and make me feel welcome. If you want a great meal or just a bowl of Black Bean soup, this is a great place to eat! Fast service, but not a fast food place."
