"The chicken was stale. I did not complain because there were many customers and i did not want to ruin their image. However, I called the next day and they offered to give me back 2- 3 piece chicken menu. Unfortunately, when I reached home I realized it was stale chicken again. I called them and they told me I should have checked. Anways they told me to return and they would prepare it in front of me.I returned and they saw the problem and was kind to refund me.Lesson: check what you are buying and moreso what you are eating."

"Yesterday my friend was craving for KFC; I am not a fan of it. But I did him this favor. We went to the KFC in uptown New Westminster. It was a quite small place with just 2 tables for seating. It was obviously not designed for sit-in customers. Almost all other fast-food restaurant I visited yet are by far better. The service was very slow; when I left more than 15 people were lining up. The next disappointment was the special offer of the day (2 chicken pieces with fries) was only available with spicy chicken. Later I realized that they still had some non-spicy chicken for that special, but with, what they called, “dark meat”. Anyways, we ordered that special and a BBQ Bacon Crispy Chicken Burger. The meat of the chicken in the burger tasted quite bland, not much chicken taste; also the bacon didn’t contribute significantly to it. It was just filling. The fries were ok; not crunchy but good in taste. And my friend liked his chicken pieces; they were visibly pretty juicy. In general, this store has a friendly but overwhelmed service. The food meets (my low) expectations. 2.5 out of 5"
