"Lucy is exceptional! I had a catering order with Dunkin Donuts this morning that they cancelled last minute. Lucy saved the day! I called ahead with my order and she started putting it together before I even got there. She managed to get it all together for me in 10 minutes. She saved our conference! She was so quick and nice. I really appreciate all the help she provided and her excellent customer service."

"I enjoy this place very much. Friendly service. Friendly smile. They are always eager to help you if you need them. I love their drinks, especially the freshly brewed teas. My favorite is the cactus blossom mixed with lemonade. We decided to step outside the box and try one of their special pizza... chicken pesto and hand stretch crust. I am a big fan of thin crust especially with the chicken Caesar salad pizza. I really enjoyed the hand stretch crust because I had to dip the crust in the oil and vinegar. It was delicious. I like their menu options because there is something for everyone."

"All right! I wish they had a few options. I got the number 60 and it was delicious! The pulled pork was perfect and the cheese added something extra! The bread is so good and different and added a crispy grilled cheese texture! Your lemonade is amazing and is so good on a hot day in Phoenix! If you are looking for sandwiches next time, this is definitely the place to go!"

"We have been coming to the museum for years but never tried the restaurant. But on 4/23 we were going to see the National Theater Live showing of Othello, and decided to make a day of it. We arrived with well over an hour before showtime thinking that should be enough based on their brunch menu. It was a little busy so we were asked to put our name on a list but seated less than ten minutes later. We ordered coffee, the goat cheese tart, and an eggs benedict. And then we sat, and sat, and sat. I kept hearing servers telling customers that their POS system was not sending tickets to the kitchen. So it seems like if it was that big a problem, just shut the restaurant down or do things the old fashioned way with hand written tickets. But no, they kept putting orders into the POS they knew was not working. We kept sitting until we finally flagged our server down and told her that we were going to have to cancel the order as we now had only 15 minutes until the show was to start. I tried to go to the hostess station to pay for our coffees but she disappeared and did not come back for at least ten minutes. I was so angry I was about to walk out and forcibly comp the two coffees we drank. Then the server came running out of the kitchen with our food, so we wolfed it down, paid and left. Not once in all that time we sat were we offered a coffee refill. The tart was frankly tasteless, the pastry looked overcooked, and the filling was overly hot in a way that makes me suspect Chef Mike was involved. The benedict was fine. The coffee we did get was good. I heard one of the servers telling another customer they are closing at the end of May, so now I wonder if the staff just doesn 't care anymore. The entire experience was capped off by the wierdo sitting by himself at a corner table who TOOK OFF HIS SHOES while eating his food. Staff saw this and did nothing about it. I honestly regret talking my husband into trying it. Not worth the price, in money or time, at all."
