"I ordered online. As soon as I pushed send I called to let them know my son is allergic to soy so leave them sauce off his order. They didn’t pick up. I called several times while on my way to the restaurant. When I got there there was two girls standing there and noone in the place. I explained the situation, how sick it would make my son and she said they would remake the spam roll and leave off the sauce. I asked if the tuna bowl was ok and she said yes. Then a guy comes out from the back. I asked for the nutritional info on the sauces. He said he had the nutritional info but not the ingredients. I explained my son is allergic to soy and he responds “well if he is allergic to soy he should NOT eat here. We even put soy oil in our rice”. I said you are kidding. He said no he was serious. I told him he would need to cancel my sons order then because he can’t eat any of it. He responded “well we already made it”. I said I don’t care, there is nothing on the website that says you put soy in everything so you need to Cancel it! He responded that it is already paid for. I said I know and you need to credit me for his order. He did say he would issue me a credit but he made it obvious that he wasn’t happy about it. I am really angry that I was told the tuna didn’t have soy in it and if I hadn’t asked about the sauces my son would have been very sick. The lack of caring by these people is unbelievable.There is no information on any website about the ingredients in the dishes made by ahi poke bowl so if you have any food allergies I would not eat here and I wouldn’t believe them if they say it doesn’t have what you are allergic to. Please beware of this place."

"Stopped in at 4:45 pm on a Sunday, with website and Yelp saying they were open till 8:00pm. Doors were locked and nobody was there. Waited for 10 minutes to see if maybe someone had run out real quick, but nobody opened up. Just thought I'd mention this to prevent anyone else from stopping in on a Sunday only to find they were closed."

"I was needing some fresh poke bowl. I will admit i went through delivery rather than go through the drive through as so many before have commented on. the bowl was a little underwhelming for the price. The seafood was fresh but lacked any flavor. I am a constant customer of sushi and sashimi places and the food here just didnt have the flavor I was looking for. One plug I will put towards it was the sauces were pretty good. I will probably give them a second try in the near future but not yet."

"I walked in at lunch hour today and the place was practically empty. The lady behind the counter walked up and with no smile whatsoever and no customer skills whatsoever rushed me through ordering what I wanted and in such an unfriendly, angry manner. It was clear she hated her job. I suddenly understood why the place was empty. They don't know the concept of customer service. Doubt this place will last. The food was just okay. The rice was underdone and hurt my teeth and you get a very small amount of fish. Won't be going back and cannot recommend it."

"Quick version: the food is great if you can turn a blind eye to literally everything else. Longer version: As others have noted, whoever is managing this place, isn 't. I 'm pretty sure they literally never clean the tables during the day I 've certainly never found a clean one to sit at. The straws/forks station is always missing something. The one time my partner used the bathroom there, he said it was absolutely disgusting and out of soap AND paper towels. I felt pretty concerned that I may have just eaten a (raw fish meal made by hands not washed in an entire shift. ? We did tell them about the bathroom ...but no one addressed it! The guys behind the counter are usually really sweet and helpful, although tonight there were some young ones (literally don 't look old enough to be employed, actually... who were a bit rude. I find all of this incredibly frustrating because I actually love the food there and it 's the only thing like it in Flagstaff. Step it up, Ahipoki! I really want to keep going there! But how long can I turn a blind eye to all that?"

"PLEASE PUT A PURSE HOOK IN THE BATHROOM!!!This is one of my pet peeves when I go to restaurants.The food is really good however they put way too much sauce on so next time I would get half the amount of sauce. I think it's a little overpriced as well. Cool interior design and comfortable chairs. Very modern and clean, but not the greatest service, and the girls serving me couldn't make any recommendations because she says she doesn't like this kind of food!!??"

"Verily top tier seafood in azedit: I cannot overdo as good this place is. when they come for a meal, everything is lovely on the menu, but my personal favorite is the whitefish blt. much taste, while still e feel like a light sandwich. if they come for seafood to take home, the quality of the second is not one and would definitely recommend a searing a tuna rod."
