Eu vou no sabbath com meu husband e quando vimos as opções por quilo, tivemos um susto because it was just brasileira food praticamente! O menu a la carte, que fica no balcão, é focado na cozinha Koreanana. E tem muitas opções agradáveis!!! O kimchi é delicious!!! Perguntamos ao Bibimbap e ao Black Noodle pea primeira vez! "Do not come to sushi, try REAL food in the vegan à la carte menu. the humble and family atmosphere in the club works well for the main courses of the venue, which can easily serve two, and in which usually come with a side of rice, Kimchi/Pikkeln, and some corokkee or misoshiro. all these factors bring customers closer to a Japanese tendency to a variety in one sitting and gratified minimalism per court. Japanese cuisine offers excellent vegan options, the chef alice yamanishi took the time to adapt to Brazilian preferences or availability. the vegan curry e.g. has grilled vegetables instead of vegetables cooked together with the broth the same taste, with improved texture and additional aromas (including the smoked eryngii and aspargus). as well, the yasai itame has less broth than usual and more fiber, which customers use to a daily meat crunch, whether before vegan or as regular omnivores. "All vegan options taste amazing, safe. The Tofu (dubu jorim) tastes the best, great kimchi, standard jabché and mandu. Despite my lack of interest in soups, I would also recommend the kimchi tchige. This place has plenty of potential: authentic recipes, Korean owners (sortiment of family property), good atmosphere, soy-options... But serving is terrible. The servers always seem to be overwhelmed and they rarely know the menu, so you might just need to find out things for yourself and hope that they will pass your order without mistake, which happens a bit too often... Then after you wait an hour for your food and eat it in a few minutes because the portions are quite small, order the bill that could take another 10-20 minutes or more. As if this is not enough, you need to pay tips after you have already paid for the bill, so you are now faced with this unpleasant situation, money directly to the bank account of someone who barely ordered what you have asked...
