"Absolutely appalling service. Took my friends from London to this restaurant as it used to be one of my favourites. Booked a table for 10 and was seated at a table with 3 grills, which one of them doesn 't work. Requested to change the table as our friend has dietary requirement and can 't cross-contaminate grilling plate. We were told that she could sit by herself in another table at the corner. Absolutely appalling. Then when the food arrives, they have mistakenly put an wrong order of meat platter onto our table. We didn 't notice and started cooking it, then strike 2, the waitress came, took the uncooked raw meat away (which is fair enough), THEN also grabbed the cooked meat off our grill! Apart from the fact that it 's extremely rude, I can definitely imagine they re-using our half-cooked chicken for someone else 's dishes. LET 'S TALK ABOUT HYGIENE?! Just to round this lovely experience up, when the waitress was collecting dirty dishes, she just carelessly poured half dish of raw seafood marinate onto my friend 's trousers, didn 't even offer an apology or napkin. NEVER AGAIN."
