"On August 11th I visited. That day was my birthday. The server found out the gifts on the table and asked about it. Then sushi chef made me an assorted sashimi as a birthday present. L It was so beautiful. I was surprised that they offer something on the house because of the birthday. Overall, their foods are so fresh and tasty with a reasonable price. Their server is also very caring. This is definitely the best sushi restaurant in kamloops."

"My wife took me out on Valentines Day for the first time in years of marriage. She put her foot down and demanded we go out and not stay home eating nachos and drinking beer. I’m glad we did as we had an excellent...meal at Terra Restaurant. I have to say our course meal paired with wine was a treat. Other than a minute wait for service after we were seated, service was excellent. My wife loved her duck and I had a very nice strip loin steak. P.S. the potatoes accompanying my steak did NOT need ketchup"

"Today, I had a bowl of Pad Thai with chicken over white rice instead of noodles and a small bowl of wonton soup. I couldn't finish it all because I was full so fast. The flavours were all delicious! I found the staff very polite and friendly. She made sure I got all the garnishes I needed/wanted. They have large menus overhead since the last time I was there. Much better for my vision! My only complaint would be the music is a little too loud for me."

"I ordered take out from here twice now for my girlfriend. Both times she really enjoyed it. The prices are really good. The serving sizes are really big. Everything has been very fresh each time going in there. The decor inside the resturant is also very nice. They use the sweet kind of soy sauce here. Which is different from our experience, but different in a good way. Compliments how they make their food very well. Didn't think a sushi place would take off in Westsyde, but this place has been around for a few years now and I'm really happy to see them make it."

"Ordered by one of my favorite places tonight, but accidentally placed the order for Saturday. I called the restaurant when the skip didn't show it was coming. They told me the mistake and said if I changed the order, they would do what they could. So I canceled the order, placed it again and it said 45 minutes, but they must have immediately started the order because it came so fast! And they were a little extra. They were so helpful and sweet after my mistake! And of course the food was great as always"

"Weve ordered from Jays countless times and each time the food is perfect. Keep up the awesome work, guys! Biggest winners for us: Beef Udon (Huge portions, ultra yum) Any rolls (Chicken Teriyaki are awesome, yam tempura rolls a close second) Wasabi portions are great (I use it heavily)"
