"$90 for a large 2 topping pizza and 6 garlic twists I feel so stupid for ordering this and it may never happen again. the pizza was good though wich is why I gave 3 stars if the pizza was mediocre than I would have gave 1 star or less even although these prices have been altered by door dash"

"I ordered a small pizza yesterday at 6:30 for delivery. I received a text saying it would be delivered at approximately 7:20 which I was fine with. About a minute later I received a text stating they were busier than usual and it woul now be deliveredat approximately 8:20. At 8:20 I had heard nothing else and had no pizza delivery. I contacted the text number and theyresponded that they had contacted Round Table who told them the delivery guy had left and should be here in approximately 15minutes. I live less than 5 minutes from this location. I waited 15 minutes and called Round Table myself. I was told theyhad my order, but had a problem with their iPad and didn't know if it was for delivery or pickup. She said they were making mypizza right then. My pizza was finally delivered at 9:08pm. I had this exact same experience just after this locationre-opened and thought it was just a fluke. Now I don't think so. I love Round Table, but after this experience I will not usethis location again even though it is extremely close to my house."

"This pizza gross. It was way undercooked the dough was chewy and the pieces just flopped over and fell apart if you tried to lift one up. Not edible. The bread sticks didn't come with the dipping sauce we selected, so our dinner turned in to bread sticks and a jar of spaghetti sauce. This place needs more training and better quality control."

"I paid for a pizza and got the wrong pizza on take out didn?t realize until we got home and once we noticed we call the restaurant. They were very polite on the first go around and told us to stop back by and they?re fix. We informed them we wereon a trip for baseball and wouldn?t be able to stop back by until the next day. They had no issue with that and ensured us we?dbe taken care of the next day. As they promised. I call the next after noon and was treated horribly by the gal who greeted meover the phone. While she refused to help and kept trying to get me Off the phone when I asked to speak to a manager she saidthey would call me back if they came to work today and stated this is a common problem. She asked me 21 questions and told methere?s not thing they could do for me. I then asked for her managers name and or supervisors name and she told me the hermanager and supervisor have told them not to let people talk to them or have there names. I wasted good money in thisestablishment for years and will never return. The young gal told me it not her problem she wasn?t there when it happen so yoquit blaming her like it?s her fault. They have no customer service skills and it?s sad to see such a reputable establishmenthave such horrible customer service. Get it together round table"
