"We ate in this restaurant twice during our stay in Sète last month and we were not disappointed on both occasions. This restaurant is located in an area of the town where concurrence is fierce and they do a very good job at offering a menu (starter, main and dessert) at a reasonable price and you can be sure that all the dishes have been prepared in the kitchen at the back. There are not many wines on their list but they all seem very well chosen and the two kinds of red we had were equally good.The portions are generous and the dressing on the octopus salad was very nice. My wife enjoyed so much the tuna that she asked for it again the second time and convinced me to have it too. The grilled bream that I had the first time round was gorgeous if you don't mind having the full fish with its head on in the plate, but that's the way to serve it anyway. The only thing they could have done better was to remove the glasses and napkins left by the preceding customers on the first night and dress up the table more quickly. We stayed at the table for at least 1/4 hour without anything happening but after that we were served efficiently."

"Bon accueil. Ecailler sur la terasse, nouvelle bouriche toute fraiche ouverte sous nos yeux. 6 bouzigues très bonnes bien salines. Parillada à 14€ avec 2 grosses gambas, 5 sardines persillees, un petite seiche entière, quelques légumes, le tout à la plancha avec une bonne cuisson et aïoli. A ameliorer : la transmission des bons entre le service et l'ecailler."

"Je ne sais pas si le mot "quintessence" est bien utilisé dans ce contexte mais il reflète mon ressenti Je garde un souvenir ou plutôt mes papilles gardent un souvenir de la blanquette d'agneau ibérique aux épices. Du pur bonheur !!!!La Huchette propose une cuisine à la fois simple et recherchée dans laquelle Jérôme, le chef, met toute sa passion pour la gastronomie. Je ne peux que recommander et j'y retournerai avec le plus grand plaisir."

"Nous sommes aller dans cette pizzeria qui avait l'air sympathique à première vue. ERREUR. Nous avons attendu au moins 40 minutes pour 2 pizzas. Des pizzas toutes petites et vraiment vraiment médiocre. Nous avons gentiment demandé au serveur d'enlever les olives pour les remplacer par des oignons sur une d'entre elles. Le serveur a dit "oui oui pas de probleme" sans même l'écrire sur son bloc note. Résultat la pizza avait juste 4 pauvres morceaux de jambon au dessus de la base et c'est tout. Les deux pizzas étaient brûlées. Et pour couronner le tout nous avons payé 17€ avec un billet de 20. Le serveur est revenu 10 minutes après avec 1€50. Je lui ai dis qu'il manquait encore 1€50, il m'a dit "oui j'ai sais j'ai fais une erreur", tout sourire. J'ai attendu 20 minutes puis j'ai du demander à un autre serveur le reste de ma monnaie, alors que la personne qui s'occupait de nous passait devant notre table toutes les 30s. Le restaurant n'était même pas bondé. BREF, on peut difficilement faire pire, je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit."

"Visited this gorgeous canal side restaurant during the festival de St Louis so the town was completely rammed.Lovely friendly staff, elegant terrace and sublime fresh fish and seafood. Tuna Carpaccio was quite superb. My only reservation was ordering the St Pierre. Although beautifully presented and filleted off the bone, the portion was relatively small and at 50 Euros was sheer profiteering especially when you consider the wholesale price. Would definitely return but would be cautious re ordering."
