"I telephoned and asked if they sold the half chicken in gravy and mushroom, she said yes I asked her to check she said half chicken ,chips and gravy I said that would be fine if it’s half a chicken, she double checked with the cook and said yes.I received 1/4 chicken cooked very dry and hard 2 large carton of gravy and 2 small cartons of gravy .I contacted Pagoda immediately on delivery of my order, all I got was aw we only do 1/4 I said I asked you 3 times if it half and each time you said yes, not once did they apologise or offer discount if my next order. The chicken as I said was to dry and hard and the chips had no potato in side as they were cooked far too long to,Disgusting customer service"
