"We got there just before 7pm and it was almost packed. Service was good. Food took a while in coming because of how busy the place was but it was worth it! It is a pretty small restaurant so may not be ideal for very large groups"

"I enjoyed my cultural experience in Messob. Since this is my only experience with Ethiopian food, I have nothing to compare. The friend who took me warned me of slow service, but we didn't have this problem at all on the Wed. We sat in the cozy little hut landscape near the front. The food is thrown with the tender, cream-like leaves of bread, so no utensils are given. I found food, especially vegetarian dishes. The Ethiopean cottage cheese was beautiful and reminded me of the Indian windshield wipers. The freshly roasted Ethiopian coffee was worth waiting. Don't order this if you're in a hurry to get out. The waitress takes your beans halfway through the roast to float them under your nose. I don't usually like black coffee, but I enjoyed it and it was nice with the baklava dessert. Could be nice for a date like food with your hands and parts of a common plate is kind of cozy."
