"We were with four people on the 1st. Christmas day there. What immediately noticed was that at some tables people waited: that they could order, on the appetizer or on the next course etc.. Our appetizer came 25 min after the order, which was still within the frame. Then the big wait began. At some other tables we were able to observe that, for example, only 3 foods were taken for 4 people and only 1 food was added to a three-table. The rest came after about 10 15 minutes. Our main course finally arrived at 2:30 p.m. (we were there from point 13 p.m.). We dispensed with dessert because we had enough of the waiting. At the same time, Gaeste complained from a side room a larger group with 8 10 people about the extremely long waiting period with the hint that if the food didn't get right now, it would be possible to cancel everything and to go back to undue things. So did it. It was already 3 p.m. and these people were on site since 1 p.m. Especially for these people a small disaster on the 1st Christmas day. We got away again, we won't visit this restaurant again, although the food was very good."
