"We visited our son who lives in Koeln, one Sunday in September, so we decided to have a late lunch together. This restaurant is situated on the side of the Rhein so we sat at a table with a pleasant view and decided to have the 3 course meal of the day so that we did not have to wait for a special order to be prepared. It was all very tasty, served promptly, and satisfied our hunger. However, 2 less helpful points..... my wife is not keen on bottled water so asked (in German) for a glass of tap water. The request was refused and was told to choose a drink from the menu listing. we finished off our meal with acceptable coffee at 2.30€ per cup but when we went to pay the total Rechnung, were told that credit cards are not accepted, and that they prefer cash Luckily, we had enough cash between us, but were amazed that a restaurant of that size and one that could attract visitors to the city does not take cards.. When we visit again, our restaurant choice may rely on the acceptance of our Visa or Mastercards."

"I walked the dog and felt pacious when I recently walked past the sticky grill. I quickly immersed, order a gyros pita and a bottling early celiac and went outside to sit. eating was delicious and exactly what I needed at this time of the day. all very fast and efficient. and cheap at 8.00€ with a modest tipp. I'm back."

"My son and I with dog in tow dropped by here for a small, late, lunchtime snack on Weiberfastnacht. Having successfully negotiated the COVID regulations to even enter this establishment we made our way to a quiet window seat where we hoped that our excitable young Hovawart dog, Bero would settle down. I ordered the delicious chili beefburger and a cafe latte. My son went for the pizza bread with cheese which was surprisingly big and tasty, a large ice tea and some sparkling water. Bero was treated to a bowl of water without our even having to ask for it. What a service by the young man, Justin, who looked after us. All this came to a bill of under 30€ which was pretty good value. Very good."

"We came to recommendation from friends.Leckeres and rich food was told us.Friends we went to the little muck .we were kindly greeted but not led to the table. After about 10 minutes came an operation and took the order of the drinks on without a card. Drinks came about after 5 minutes, after a further 5 minutes the extensive menu was brought to us.The owner then took up the order and kindly gave us a recommendation.Now read us there waited 60 minutes to pick up another drink. we then told us that we should wait another 20 minutes for our food.But we did not find it right, The owner came then, and wanted to make it unclear that everything is freshly prepared.Since one of us is cooked, we knew that he had not told us quite the truth.The service at which we then paid our drinks, of course. We were just forgotten. with an apologies of the innate and a possible drink to the house, we might have been able to vote, but we have to leave this locally hungry. Unfortunately we can't recommend this restaurant.Well... for the host....we actually wanted to test only today....we're coming next week with a big socialized....we're going to walk."
