"We eat here relatively often but last night I’m sad to say wasn’t a stellar experience. We were seated at our reservation time of 7:30 however we waited almost an hour for dinner to come out. The wait staff was apologetic and I realize it’s not their fault, but we were pretty disappointed that the manager didn’t come by to our (or others around us) table and offer some sort of gesture for the lengthy wait. A dessert or something else minor would’ve gone a long way in this instance and assured our return in the future. I get it that sometimes there are things out of one’s control which can cause disruption in efficiency but when that happens, it’s good practice to let your paying patrons know you appreciate and want to keep their business. Not sure if we’ll be back for a while after that, too bad."

"I often visit Bru Burger and expect good but not great service. And really good food, Today we ordered the same thing we always order. We had completely disinterested service. Over cooked fries, mushy onion rings. Ok burgers. The employees must be trained to never meet anyones eyes. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for a check, couldn’t get anyones attention. Very disappointing."
