"We went today (a group of 10) to eat in the open buffet. When I entered the place the trays were empty and I waited for 30 minutes for the pizza and finally they brought 3 trays of pizza to feed almost 25 people in...the room. Just 2 minutes and all the pizzas disappeared. I talked to one of the staff and she said I already ordered more and she was talking very badly with no sense of customer satisfaction and told me there is a restaurant upstairs. I asked her to call her boss and when he came he told me that its their system and pizzas come every 10 minutes which is not true."
