"I start with a positive one. The pizza is pretty good. Now the negative. We live 2.3 km or a 5 minute drive from this location. Today's order lasted 90 minutes and the pizza was not hot, hardly warm. I called the restaurant to follow our delivery and as usual excuses, excuses. Usually pickup, but on 3 occasions I asked for delivery with the average waiting time of 80 minutes. Brutal!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Was the second time I was there. Waitress was very nice. My fiancee was cold from the air conditioning and one of the staff seen her shaking and gave her a sweater to keep her warm. We thought that was amazing to do for complete strangers. Food was great as well, had the wings so we could try some of the many flavours they had. Will definitely be going back again. Also, very nice inside after the renovations that were done."

"We attended Amici for friends 65th. birthday party. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.My wife and I started our meal sharing fried calamari, my wife had the lasagna which she said was the best she has had in a long time. I had the seafood platter which was delicious. Our only complaint was that the portions were small for the price. I expected the seafood platter to be a platter for $23 not a small pasta bowl and the calimari appetizer was very small even for one. For a Saturday night they only had two wait staff on and were very busy as they had a trio playing music who were excellent, This happens once a month and probably should have had more staff on."

"We ordered delivery of pizza on Friday at 3:30 in the afternoon. We have 2 young kids, and ordered a pizza, pollini, and a chicken sandwich for my wife who doesn't eat pork or beef. The delivery was late, which isn't a big deal in and of itself, until you add the fact that the pizza was undercooked, the chicken sandwich was completely wrong; it was veal, and it was burnt. So my wife couldn't eat the sandwich. The sauce for the pollini was wrong, too hot; I know this because it was different from the last time we ordered it. Learned our lesson; spend the extra few dollars and go with quality and with a place who does it right."
