"Pizza Carlo is a hidden gem in Peru! It is a very small, local wood fired pizza place. They have great wine, and the pizza is fantastic! The chef cooks it right in front of you in the wood fired oven. We went there twice...while in Cusco, it was that good. Highly recommend this place!!"

"We found this restaurant completely by chance and as it was full of locals we decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. The staff were wonderful and spent a lot of time chatting to us, a really friendly experience but the...food was amazing!! So much so we went back on our last night for our last meal. "Perfect place for a delicious local and freshly prepared meal. Do not expect big portions but rather gourmet kitchen. The waitress was so friendly and interested we had a nice chat. I can recommend the Alpaca steak it was much better than in other places. The pasta was freshly made and delicious. The garlic bread had a little spicy twist that we liked."

"Cosy pizzeria. We were the first customers and the chef was really nice. They bake the pizzas in the middle of the restaurant so you can see your pizza getting ready. I shared a big pizza with my friend and that was enough for two people."
