"We had ordered some delivery pizza as we had a gathering with some friends. Placed our order and it was verified back over the phone. When it was delivered they had mixed up one of the pizzas. No big deal as one of the people in our party used to work a a major pizza chain and knew this would be dealt with as it was clear they ordered it correctly.Management argued on the phone with us that we did not order what we did then agreed to deliver the missing pizza. When they arrived they wanted the bad pizza but this was not made clear (and not the general policy with major pizza chains as they know people will be hungry in mean time). We would have saved it if they said they wanted it but it was not made clear.The staff and management were nothing but rude about this and we will likely never order from them again. From a customer service point of view, I have never seen such a short sighted rude approach."

"I have read the other reviews and I have never had anything bad to say and I order from them all the time there was one time they forgot my dipping sauce but that was the worst thing and their delivery times are a little...excessive 40-50min but for the price 25 bucks with tax and delivery for 2 large with 4 toppings and 3 bottles of pop is a very good deal I just wanted to voice my opinion since I order from here all the time and have had good pizza all the time"

"Archie's is the best fish and chip place anywhere. The only place I think that could compete with Archie's is on Manitoulin Island at some of the restaurants where they serve white fish. After getting the two-piece meal I was incredibly full. They offer a dining in as well with a broader menu of seafood. Some of the shrimp soaked in butter covered in cheese is amazing! They are definitely a Queen restaurant and they are definitely following covid-19 guidelines."

"Had lunch here two days ago. First time this year. Although service was extremely slow, our server did apologize for the delay and offered to discount our drinks. We thanked her for the offer, but declined as the situation was rendered by the apology. I...ordered the fish tacos and my husband ordered the chicken caprese sandwich. Our lunches were delicious."
