"—————— WAIT INSIDE!!!!——————— The food is good. Being told to wait in the car and they will bring the food out, then forgetting you’re out there is not so good. I went home with a cold pizza after waiting in the car for 20 minutes. I ordered the pizza by phone and was there in 20 minutes to pick it up but I added soup to the order waited another 20 minutes. I had to go back inside to see what the holdup was and was told “I forgot”."

"I wanted to try Pappone's and recently I had the opportunity to order the delivery twice. Let me first say that the food was excellent! The first time I ordered a hot sandwich and salad. The woman who took my order was nice and the delivery was fast, only about 30 min. The second time I ordered a big pizza and it took about 45 minutes to arrive. Both times the food was hot on arrival and exactly what I ordered. The pizza was delicious, one of the best pizzas I had in the area (and I had a lot). Overall, I am very satisfied with my previous experience in Pappone and I cannot expect to try their food again either with delivery or with delivery. There are many options in the area for pizza and sandwiches and Pappone is now definitely on my list of my favorite places. I definitely recommend trying Pappone's either in Media or their new location in Aston!"
