"Have been here a few times ,and food and service was very good ,that's why we came back ! A big let down on a few things ,one of our orders which was a burger was basically charcoal to put it mildly ,and discovered that there is another review that had the same experience .asked for lemon it came in the waitress hand ? No napkin or glass not usual practice .another order was bangers in mash ( Bangers) which is British sasauges with mashed potatoes,well it was one banger cut in half ??? Should be called Banger and mash .in all the pubs I have been to never seen this .also waited over twenty minutes for a new burger and then don't even have mustard or pickle ? Did not even get compensated for any of this ,the only good thing here is they have promotions on pints of beer which is good ! To bad for the rest ."

"Ordered the special from them, the medium pizza with three toppings and 20 wings, I asked for mild sauce on my wings and there was absolutely no way that is mild sauce on the wings, I can handle medium sauce and it's way too hot, I get mild because my mom can't have spicy food whatso ever. The wings weren't even sauced, it seems like the sauce was just dumped on top of them, half of the wings were half sauced with a pool of sauce at the bottom of the container which I drained out so me and my mom could TRY and eat the half sauced wings... Working in a kitchen myself can't say they cared too much about what they were making or serving. Tried calling them back before they close (still had 40 minutes) and I let the phone ring for over a minute, tried calling back again and there was still no answer. Really upset that I pretty much wasted half of what I spent on this place that I've heard such great things about. Just going to order from pizza pizza or wings up next time."
