"I ordered the delivery via their website and now have a very happy belly! My pizza arrived on time (expected delivery was between 30-45 minutes and it came in about 35) and just as I had ordered it. Most importantly, it was delicious...fresh and tasteful ingredients on a perfect crust. So glad to have found that! I am not yet personally visiting, but I am grateful that I have a local option for pizza delivery (instead of a chain) and I love their late hours. This will be my new visit!"

"It was our first time here and we'll be back. We had a big group and had fantastic service and piping hot food. The bread was beautiful, but would have preferred the garlic bread (not seen in the menu). Had no place for dessert, but the options sounded delicious. Thanks for a great meal!"

"In town visiting family and friends. Exceptional pizza, exceptional service. We had both their Perfect and Margarita pizzas. Both start on an unassuming foundation of a dough that is flavorful and cooked so that it is not too crispy, but also is cooked through (not too chewy/doughy) topped with a red sauce that adds flavor to the foundation which is tasty but not overpowering. The Perfect Pizza gives you generous portions of toppings (Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Peppers, Black Olives, and Mozzarella) that compliment one another, as the name would hint: perfectly. The Margarita Pizza starts with the same foundation and is topped with Fresh Basil, Fresh Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We ordered takeout, and despite an error on my part (more on that in a minute) our food was ready ahead of schedule. While this was my first time eating here, it has easily occupied the top spot for pizza in Nashville. Expect to eat here next time I'm in town (probably closer to Christmas). Now, on to the exceptional customer service: I encountered an issue (user error on my part to be sure) with the online ordering app (Toast). I placed my order online, but somehow I ordered for pickup from Bellevue when I was staying near Vanderbilt. A quick call to the Bellevue location and they were easy to work with, and simply transferred my order to the correct restaurant and they were still able to have my order ready on time. Many thanks for fixing my mistake and saving me a 16 mile round trip."

"The food here is decent enough, but nothing special. The menu seems to be way to big, with the chefs not putting the effort in to food. They also seem to have a problem with accepting cash as payment. I visited 2 different times, and both times I tried to pay with cash. When I tried to pay I was told that they could not make change for a 20 because they had no cash to make change with, in these were late afternoon visits. But even with that, they were always polite and friendly."

"We had the best party at Jeff Ruby. An absolutely incredible evening. We had no reservation and were ready to sit at the bar (not a problem), but Alpha greeted us at the front and had his beautiful ladies at a high summit. Chelsea was our server, she was enthusiastic and very attentive. We'll go back before we go back to Orlando."
