"The food was good, the service could have been better. our server let us hurl, although she had only one other table, who had not been able to sit long after the meal. they must have thought that in the 60 seconds they took our drinks that we had looked over the menu and decided what we wanted. After we had hired our food order, we saw why she rushed us, she wanted to have social time with the others. the only time we saw her was to refill our drinks, take our dessert order and take our sack. two different servers brought out our app and meal times. which most appalled me, observed a server with a box in register that printed a quitting and a brush to cleanse his face hair. the manager must check the cameras if they don't believe me. he should have gone to the bathroom to do that. what if some of his face hairs have fancy and go into the container? we will never return to this place again."

"My last night here in pittsburgh I decided to try their pizza. I put my order for pickup. my wife and I are passing to pick up our order, and as my wife goes into her, she notices a mouse running in the restaurant to the back. she leaves immediately without order. to get orders, I'll go in. the girl in the register told me that I never commanded one. I saw very irritated and uncertain what she did. After a few minutes my order was found. absolutely no apologies to wait for my order. the pizza was burned and very dry. not close to being edible. at this point we were back to our room. my wife called to talk to manager who was very rude. I told us it doesn't do anything she can do and hanged up. when she was called again, she was constantly put in the grip. fear to eat there even with animals. very careless. unhappy and angry we ended up with a pizza that was not edible. a replacement pizza/refund, which may have been delivered/kept, has not even been offered. terrible customer service I've ever experienced! we will not return to the future. no refund required. feel them on an exterminator that is very recommended."
