"The first time at this place with friends to the early dinner and our experience was very good. we have no reservation, but we sat right away. the place is very beautiful and I love their big windows. the personal is friendly and accommodating. our server was very attentive with all our needs. the glazed lachs I ordered was very good in taste with taking the fried rice, which is for me a little salty. the presentation of the food was very good and the portions of bellini were generous."

"The customer service here is incredibly mannerless. Been ordering for over 10 years and recently they have their kids working upfront trying to act mature handling business yet they have no clue how to deal with complaints or anything. Us as a vegetarian family like always ordered their lasagna special that we have been ordering for years and got all beef orders when we picked them up and bought them home. Called back to let them know about the problem and they after arguing and talking in a very rude manner with us, finally agree to make the proper order after accusing us of saying we asked for lasagna with beef and that it is our fault when we have never had meat. They also accused us of doing this before as well which we never did and makes zero sense for us to enjoy getting the wrong food and driving back wasting gas to pick up the right order. If you guys mess up so bad with your orders maybe try double checking the order or getting a hearing test before hanging up the phone. Instead of apologizing or feeling sorry like any other professional restaurant would, when WE went to pick up the fixed order again after a drive and guests leaving our house hungry, they pleaded with both hands to just take the order and leave their restaurant pretty much kicking us out. Never felt so humiliated at any place like this before. Learn a couple things about how to fix your tone when talking to customers before trying to run a business. Will never look back at this place again."
