"Reasonably priced Italian with Japanese influences.Mama Says is a Japanese run eatery, although it's not as evident as it is with other Italian Japanese fusion places like Spoon House or Akane Chaya. Still, there are subtle hints here, like their creative selection of in house salad dressings (yuzu, apple ginger, etc. , and their staunch use of only spaghetti in their pasta dishes (aside from seasonal specials .Their prices have remained low and quality has remained stable even through the pandemic. They do seem short staffed, though that hasn't impacted me much when I order online and pick it up. Combos with pasta/bread side salad are around $15. For the most part, they've been good their standards of bolognese, eggplant arrabiata, and carbonara have always been satisfying.However, their beef items the sliced filet mignon dinner plate and their pappardelle al beef ragu have both been a disappointment, bland and undersauced.Although I don't come down to Rolling Hills Plaza that often, Mama Says has long been a reliable take out stop for me."

"I enjoy eating Local Kitchen Food which is really good. I enjoy eating the Shrimp Tacos. So this time I tried the Meatloaf which is supposed to be there most popular meal. I was going to choose between the Chicken and Waffles or the Meatloaf. So I asked the waiter which is good? And he recommended the Meatloaf and it was really good. So my dad enjoy his Fish Tacos!! So this is a good place to bring your family, friends, and relatives for a good lunch. They have many different kinds of good food. Like Hamburger, Tacos, Salads, and many good stuff. So if you want to get some good food to pick ask the waiter or waitress to ask which food is good."

"Crystal was our server and she was sooo pleasant and fast. Food is excellent. This is a delicious restaurant. The pizza is excellent. Super pizza dough. Everything's so good. More of an adult crowd. 28yr. Founding and it is a gemstone. Very recommended. (Not counting too many people)."
