"We came back from having spend 24 hrs in Budapest. IT was late in the evening, and we wanted a place close to our hotel. They recommended this place. We were the only ones in the place and the waiter/owner was preoccupied watching the European Cup' He acted kind of put out. We got a pizza that was nothing special much better ones in Chicago). Then at the end, there was some hassle about the tip on the credit card, which we did not experience anywhere else that week in Vienna.. The next night, went to the Sperl, also close to the hotel and had a wonderful meal."

"A very lovely little and charming restaurant to stop in and sample tasty tapas! The Zinio Reserva rioja is perfect with the tasty bites..we had olives, sausages, omelet and shrimp. Beautifully presented and prepared. Jose was the only waiter and he worked incredibly hard to...keep all his customers served and happy! Kudos to you, Jose!!!"

"I am at this place some time as I always have in a nearby hotel during my visit to Austria, the restaurant is beautiful in a very cozy and elegant street of vienna first district, they can. all they need in outdoor or indoor situations quiet and abit away from the crowded city especially in summer, the main highlight of the kitchen is pizza safe, but the menu is diversified and other medium-sized easy to find. I recommend and I intend to go back whenever in the neighbourhood."

"The restaurant looked nice, and was okay busy for a Sunday evening. The food tasted nice (huge pizza and lasagne), although the salad was very plain. What we didn't like was that they forgot to take our order and first served others coming after us....Then they took my plate away when I was finished, while my lady was still eating. We were the last table still eating, and they decided to already start cleaning the tables and sweep the floor. We felt rushed to finish and leave, while it was still more than one hour before closing time!"

"I went there with my girlfriend. The restaurant is located at the corner of Glassergasse 15, there are a couple of steps to get in. The stuff was very nice, they offered a small cup of the soup of the day if you're new. We ordered the food and when it was served it looked like a joke. There were small pieces of meat (maybe 30g of meat?), which were mostly bone, on top of some grilled vegetables. I can do this in 5 min. at home since I'm 9 years old. I think that if you pay someone to cook for you, he's gotta do a better job than you could have done. The quantities were ridiculous, and the taste was nothing special. While I was eating, for the first time in my life, I started thinking where I could find a Kebab or a sandwich somewhere close..."

"Auf der Tafel vor dem Lokal zur Empfehlung des Tages stand Kalbswienerschnitzel also warum nicht. Da ich schon öfter gut im Nordpol gegessen hatte speziell als es noch Georg geführt hat habe ich das Schnitzel mit Erdäpfelsalat bestellt dazu ein Krügerl Jeschek Bier. Leider kam das Bier erst nach 20 Minuten , Kellnerin hat sich entschuldigt das Fass musste neu angeschlagen werden ok kann vorkommen. Als nächstes kam der Erdäpfelsalat der eine Zumutung war d.h. Abgestanden von gestern, eiskalt, grau in grau und a bissl komisch hat er geschmeckt. Kellnerin freundlich hat auf Gurkensalat mit Rahm umgestellt der war gut aber nicht passend zum Schnitzel. So nun zum Kalbswiener, es war gut zubereitet leider war das Fleisch durch und durch flachsig also letztklassige Ware für Kalbfleisch. Kellnerin hat sich mit einem Gratis Espresso entschuldigt war OK nicht der Preis von 18 Euro für ein nicht essbares Schnitzel. Das bin ich vom Nordpol nicht gewohnt da ansonsten die Speisen sehr gut sind und das Ambiente vom Lokal liebe ich. Bitte lieber Küchenchef/Chefin gebt dem Personal Anweisung immer frischen Erdäpfelsalat zuzubereiten. Den Fleischhauer würde ich wechseln wenn er so ein Kalbfleisch liefert, oder wollt ihr am falschen Fleck sparen. Nächstes mal werde ich wieder den Schweinsbraten testen der war bisher immer spitze."
