"Waited 50 mins tonight before phoning to see update on delivery. Said they only had one driver so would need to wait an additional 30 mins. Spoke to manager and his words were cancel the order or wait the 30 mins . Started getting an attitude so I said I would come and collect and see what he had to say. Phoned back in 2 mins saying food was on its way. Shambles. Food is usually not bad but the management needs to get a grip."
