"I only have bad words for this place. We made a reservation the day before, which was granted to us, and when we got there we weren't even listed. When we showed him the booking call log, he told us he didn't take care of anything because he probably could be his grandmother who took the phone and didn't sign up. a mistake may be, and it's half understandable, but it bothered us not to even remedy what happened. very edges and unprofessional."
