"This is the Mediterranean food in Chipotle style - they make your order as you progress through the line, pay and then sit. I came here on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy. The place was clean and the staff are particularly friendly and explain the concept of confused tourists. I had Chicken Shawarma Hummus scarf and Falafel Pita. The food was absolutely delicious! You choose between a Pita or a bowl, then Hummus or Baba ghanoush then shawarma/falafel/kebabs, and then fill it with different salads and sauces. The pita was fluffy and soft, the shawarm was on the point with aromas, and all fillings (chopped salad, cabbage, pickles, hummus, tahini and garlic sauce) were so delicious. I was afraid that Pita could be soggy when I went for, but employee was very cooperative and grabbed all salads and sauces separated in small boxes."
