"First time going here, this place was recommended by my coworker. We dined in and had a great time. I ordered the sandwich cubano. My sandwich came with fries and I ordered a side of plantains (I love plantains . Also, I made a great choice of having the sangria as well. The customer service is excellent and it's a chill vibe."

"I called to make a pick-up order, and when I picked up a family member, they said they had no order. I called the place on Sepulveda and spoke to the same person I had ordered, and he said there was no order. I gave him my order and my number to check, and he didn't care, and he said he didn't know and we had to wait for a new order. I told him it was just fair to get some kind of compensation as we have to wait now, unless he would rather call me the headquarters and the complaint, and he said very carelessly to call the office and complain. He obviously didn't take care of her mistake, so they lost a very good customer here. Very bad service."
