"My partner and I had a reservation for 8:30 PM. We arrived and immediately noticed the hostess let in a party without reservation. She checked us in and sent us to the top floor to be seated, only to find out two parties were waiting, and someone that looked like a manager or supervisor told us it was going to be 15 minutes. We stayed in the bar, and it was 9:00 pm, and a server gave our table away to another party who had just arrived. We called him out, and he sat us. For 35 minutes, we sat at a table overlooking Rubencafe, and not a single person went to our table or greeted us or offered us water. Servers were going to all the other tables to deliver their food and drinks, and we sat there for 35 minutes. We got up and left, and when I went downstairs, I spoke to a woman who said there wasn’t a manager and that they didn’t do anything for us. Even the people upstairs and downstairs said, ‘thank you for dining with us.’ I don’t recommend this ‘high price’ restaurant because service clearly isn’t their forte."

"Call from store manager received and the experience was 5 stars. there are problems with suppliers with which the delivery is affected by some of the products that order many stores. the manager was very understanding with the customer. I change my review to a 5 stars, as the personal was always excellent and now has a clear understanding of their situation, which they can not control that if suppliers don't have it, they just don't."

"Unassuming casual place right near the port. Staff was friendly. This is my first evening in Puerto Rico and tried the mofongo which is the national dish. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was unbelievably delicious. I had walked around the entire trying to find this dish for under $20 and all the men you showed it right around $18 or $19. I decided to try it here at $11. You should also."
