"The reviews seem generously high from our experience. The orange duck was extremely overcooked. It was a dry chewy jerky like meat. The garlic box choy tadted ok, but it was just the whole baby boy choy un prepped and cooked as is. It was a little difficult to eat without cutting utensils. They didn't bring us water. They force a hefty gratuity on you. They charge fees for using cards."

"The gluten free gravy option is what sold me on this place (as well as the good reviews). <br/>Great service, yummy poutine, creamy garlic sauce was great too. Also, one of the only places open super late!<br/>My only issue is that at the end your poutine is literally swimming in gravy.<br/>If you're super hungry get the large size (don't be intimidated by it as they don't over fill it so it's just the right amount to fill you up)."

"We are quite far from downtown, tried several other places in the past couple of months...yet nowhere else!!! u can find a better one in the GTA area!!!! We hooked for life!!! Its amazinggg!!! Always fresh!!!! Price is right!!!! Thank you for the culinary experience!"

"If you haven't been here then you really must give this restaurant a try. My family and I have been coming here for about 20 years. Seriously! And we don't live in Toronto. We will actually drive in from Mississauga if one of us has a craving for their lobster dishes. And we've never had a bad meal! The crispy chicken, watercress in oyster sauce, hot and sour soup, spicy deep fried squid and of course the lobster are our standard order and we always go away satisfied! Prices are on the increase; I guess understandably with inflation, but I hope they don't increase it too much just for profit. Service is good, parking a little tough, but if you happen to get a spot in the back they will give you a free parking pass; which is also a bonus!"

"This restaurant seems to go downhill. We were the only couple in the room when we got to dinner at 6:00. The bread in the basket was dry and I could not identify the contents of the accompanying spread. The calves and...the vegetables were tasty and the service was good, but the pasta was only warm and not hot (served on a room temperature plate). At the end of our meal, I noticed a cricket on the window behind my wife, which seemed to live in the snake plant on the windowboard. Pass!"
