"This place doesn't even deserve a star! never go to this bar. not only eating terrible and overpriced, but the manager howard is the biggest idiot with which they will ever speak. I cried and complained about the food we got because the cesarsalate was so drowned with dressing that the salat was soggy and the portions were ridiculously small for how much the salat cost. also my friend got calamari, which was also a ridiculously small part for the price. we said it was too late to exchange the food because the kitchen is closed, which is absurd. we did not welcome ourselves from the minute we entered. I called and told the manager howard of our experience and he did nothing but gave me extremely rude answer and was illuminated all the time. he was hanging on me the first two times I called him and the third time he shouted at me the phone where I recorded the phone calls and I report that to the better office because it was incredibly unprofessional. I have literally never had such a terrible experience in my life, and my family runs a very good restaurant chain and would never treat a customer like that. this is not how they run a business, the customer is always right and deserves to hear, regardless of when the complaining is made, howard was actually laughing on me on the phone saying that I had too many days after our visit in knock, I told him that the reason I had not yet called was because I tried to find the entry, since most companies always need a order number. this guy was born clearly yesterday and he must be reported to professionalism because of his lack. I am totally appalled by this and last but not least, this business is absolutely biased towards women when they are a weeping and they are planning to visit here, they are not wasting their time because they are all the time, they are there because apparently only homosexual men are allowed here. absölle despicable!"
