"I read in the bilingual menu that the servers were volunteers, so I asked our young man how it was that he came to be involved. Community service he said, and we realized that he is part a city wide program in the high schools, where students are mandated to do a required number of hours of community service. What a great training opportunity for them, and their efforts help local civic efforts BECAUSE, this restaurant models itself (tongue in cheek) on a Robin Hood approach their profits are donated to local causes that help those in need. BESIDES that noble approach, we enjoyed the casual atmosphere, the originality of menu choices, and frankly the food itself! They are open till 10pm, so if the show at nearby Espace Go is 90 minutes (often the case) you can still get a tasty meal, or desert afterwards. Now that 's a service to the community at large! Thanks to all."

"Nice place with ingenious salads sandwiches and baked goods. I work from this place over the street and have the opportunity to go often. I'm never disappointed. The Barista coffee is really good as the filtered, but I am one to enjoy the strong taste of an expresso. So many great choices all made with a French special touch fresh daily by the owner. If you arrive before noon, you will certainly smell some fabulous cooking and be prepared for the lunch brush. Be patient when you arrive at 12-1:30, this place is packed but worth waiting. It is a family business and Sylvies children will probably serve you behind the counter. Pierrig is always a great smile and a wonderful setting that can not help but also lift your minds on your worst day. The family just added a new grandchild (the new baby of cinnamon) and they are looking forward to sharing a photo and Sylvie just lights up when she speaks it. On Friday they have the most amazing gourmet donuts! When you visit the area stop by and check this place."

"It was our third visit to the Musso and we were looking forward to discover the menu for the spring season. We were entitled to impeccable service (our waiter was jocelyn and showed good catches throughout the meal). We were offered an excellent home aperitif. They are succesed by beautiful dishes just as creative one another. we get out of the beaten paths and that's what makes the experience great. this restaurant can now compete without any complex with toqué (which relies rather on its reputation), xo, the house boulud or europea. the wines offered were also delicious and agreed very well with the dishes. very generous menu. We'll go back there for sure and look forward to the next time."

"Flour, a beautiful address in the heart of Mile-End. the kitchen is refined: the plates are beautiful at very reasonable prices. we loved the tomato salad with the aïoli and flowers, tuna or onion soup. good croissants, good pizza, go without hesitation all the more since the service is really warm!"

"Cute little hidden cafe. Found a new gem. I had a lash appointment near the area and was starving after walked a couple minutes and found this cafe. It’s super cozy and staff member was really quick and accommodating. Tasty food and coffee was delicious."
