"Since the wild oats at 40th st. camelback a few years ago (is it really been so long ago? I was so grateful for sprouts. they will never confuse this place for a whole food (pretty utilitarian decoration, but I guess that I in the location, the vegan/vegetarian products and supplements that I regularly use without driving to the paradise valley. actually the only complain I have about sprouts is a very small: what about the music? some classic or jazz would be a nice change of the tempos from the constant beach boys / shirelles / tinny early pop thing that always play. at least it is not a heavy metal."

"We walked in early Saturday evening about 45 min before they close. We had just been next door at Frasher 's Smokehouse after the food was delivered to our table, a few bites taken, we walked out. If you want to know why you 'll have to read my review for Frasher 's. I had eaten breakfast at one of the d 'Lite locations years ago remember it being good. We were hungry even though my sister was nervous about the Healthy term in their title, I convinced her to give it a try. The place was empty, it took a minute before the employees noticed someone walked in the door but that was fine as it gave us time to look through their rather extensive menu. Point of note, healthy doesn 't mean tofu, sprouts, vegan stuff so don 't let the name deter you from trying d 'Lite. Healthy also means organic locally grown foods, in addition to recycling. We had a good laugh with the young lady behind the counter, telling her how bad Frasher 's was why we were now at d 'Lite. She was extremely polite, happy, and carried on a conversation with us. We ordered the Croissant 'Wich and Turkey Avocado Club, along with their detox juice. When I exclaimed happily they recycle , that gal mentioned the owners are into not destroying Mother Earth ... then she hands us plastic straws. So now I say to the owners, banish the straws. : The food came out hot and both sandwiches were very good. The detox juice was from a Tempe company; it was made w/ pineapple, apple, spinach, and kale heavy on the pineapple. From a non spinach or kale loving person, it was also tasty. All in all, I would totally visit d 'Lite again."

"Ashley and crew are the best! I got the sandwich of the day (which happened to be a Korean Dog...lol) because I saw them on the news. I was not disappointed! Got the dog with a side salad, some spicy yellow fin tuna sushi for later and they gave me a cookie because it 's my birthday. ? Everything was fantastic...highly recommended!!"

"The food was always good at my visits. Meat and vegetables are well seasoned and have great taste. I enjoy the design from the outside and from the inside. The openness of the indoor dining area also complements the atmosphere. My only problem was ever service. The staff is always friendly and polite, so it is not a problem with their demeanor. Practically every other time I come here, something is wrong with my family. The staff corrects the thing when it comes to their attention, but it can be a problem when I go in a hurry for lunch to work, an appointment or the nearby cinema."
