"Ordered (2nd time we’ve used this takeaway) order was an hour late, called to be told will be “5 minutes” then called half an hour later told delivery driver “tried” but couldn’t find house (didn’t call us) so just gave takeaway to ANOTHER HOUSE. Manager came on phone and was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with on the phone and just said “call Uber eats” and hung up. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Collected food from this store over a week ago now got it home was the wrong order so rang up was offered the food to be replaced had to speak to them 4 times last week alone. Finally spoke to a woman today at 3:30 pm where she told us the replacement order would arrive at 4:30. Food still not been delivered it is now 20:40 rang every hour to be told it was ten minutes away then the driver was busy and was in Liverpool now they aren't answering the phone to us at all. Absolute joke of a place considering they were the ones who got our order wrong in the first place!!"

"The food tasted good, was hot and arrived on time. No complaints there. However, I felt that the person I spoke to on the phone lacked customer skills. I requested a substitution and the answer was a quick no, it does not come like that to which I responded that I am aware but I am requesting a substitution of equal value; Not a full portion of something else. What is the issue exactly with making this type of change? but that was answered with a simple ok, this time but not next time and when I posed the question again as to why that was a problem essentially the person was not wiling to converse and hang up. Overall not the best ordering experience. It would have been good to be given a reasonable response, particularly one that demonstrated that they care about what their customers want."
