"This is an authentic Ethiopian experience. When they bring your food you discover there are no forks or spoons. That is because you use your injera bread. It is ike a giant sourdough pancake made from teff flour. You tear off a peice of bread and use it to pick up a bite of food, which is is made fresh and is always delicious. If you blink you will miss it when driving by. Its tucked away in a corner on the Martin Luther King Jr Blvd South of Seattle a ways toward Othello but if you miss it, turn around and go back; you will not regret it. I have to go there at least once when I go to Seattle. Try it and you will see why�"
