"Great food. Due to some scheduling challenges I wasn't able to make it to their truck during my short trip to Nashville, but they were kind enough to bring me some chicken and pancakes at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Good food, good customer service, and hopefully soon they'll figure out the scheduling/communication stuff so I could have better planned to get to where they were."

"I came into copper branch and was greeted by live music, friendly smiles with a quality space. But specifically there was one older lady (with beautiful pink lipstick) who was nothing but a staple of this place from her open kindness to the way she was running this place."

"That's some rich and delicious food. Ordered Grins Mac n cheese, which was supposed to have veggie chorizo. There was none, and no heads up that there would not be. Still really delicious despite disappointment. Glad to see a school with a yummy vegetarian/kosher option."

"I am so pleased with their quality of customer service!! I was visiting the area to attend my daughter's birthday/graduation dinner so I ordered a birthday bouquet in advance along with a mini variety pack. I called back and ordered additional cakes to take back to my family as little happys'. It was my first time visiting Nashville and I didn't realize the location was 20 minutes from the hotel. I do not do well in traffic and on top of dealing with heavy traffic there was road construction and heavy rain. After picking up my order, making my way through heavy rain and traffic, I get back to the hotel room only to realize I did not have the mini variety pack. I called practically in tears at the idea of possibly having to drive 20 minutes back to pick up missing items. I explained without the minis my daughter would not have cake for guest. The manager was determined to make their error right! She had their delivery driver deliver them to the hotel!! Keep in mind this was Mother's Day weekend!! I wholeheartedly appreciate not being forced to accept a credit and be without birthday dessert for the dinner!!"

"Have a BLT, which after several days consisted of the older pieces from the bottom of the pan, a Shar of Mayo, the browning hearts of Eisberg salad, which is so bitter and the most meager tomatoes. All arranged on a small slider... Also, while it, probably the manager dusted the large hanging lights in the dining room with the extension pole brush and shower the room with detritus. I miss the fame days of 5 guys. Sadly long gone."
