"We arrived at the restaurant, which was full, on a cool November evening. We were asked to wait outside until they had a table, and waited for about 15 minutes until we were seated. The waitress was nice and took our orders. The drinks arrived quickly and we waited for the food. And waited. And waited. After an HOUR we asked what happens, and were told that it is normal to wait for an hour in a restaurant. After an HOUR AND A HALF we were told it will still take time. It took us an HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES to understand that the food will not be served soon. By then it was already after 22:30 at night. We asked to pay for the drinks we had, and were dressed down by the waitress who said we don’t understand how restaurants work and we are the ones who are at the wrong here. We left hungry and upset, and lost the chance to get a decent dinner, since it was so late."
