"I bought the Groupon voucher for the Persian 3 courses menu at Café Tabi for 24.90 Euro. I regularly go with Groupon coupons because you can try new locals so beautiful and relatively cheap. So I was with my best friend then also at Café Tabi, I had previously reserved code with the hint of my voucher. The place is very small, at most 20 places inside, some places outside, but that was not an option for us in the cool weather, there was no one sitting there. So we first gave our voucher and then had free choice. There were only two tables. We took the 2nd table right at the entrance because he had a nice view outside. Disadvantages when the door is open came in a (cold air flow). I would choose a table next time to avoid that. All tables were covered with white tablecloths, but they showed some spots, not only at our table, but also at the neighboring table we could discover it. Because the place is so small, you sit very close together. Vis a vis from the entrance is the vault and the transition to the kitchen and the toilet. A friendly woman, perhaps Mrs Tabi personally, served us, she first took the drinks. We ordered a scrub, cherry and robe, both delicious. For fun we also looked at the menu, it could contain five dishes per meal group. For us this was not relevant, as we got a solid menu, but only to see what else would be. Then it started with the first gear. From the announced dishes came the tuna bean salad and the Persian potato salad, supplemented by a small piece of quiche. The individual shells were optically drawn as rods on an elongated, slightly square plate, which should not be larger, otherwise it would not have been placed on our small two table. So try everything once, I started with the potato salad. He was fine, but not overwhelming, somehow too firm, sticky and too rich. Then I ate the quiche, but I can't even say what taste it was, somehow neutral, but not bad. Finally, the tuna bean salad that was very sour, my friend even suspected he had a trick. I also found that he tasted a little too mad, whether that should be or not, I don't know. This was the only food course that made a little visual, as the three dishes were nice on the plate and with some brown sauce (not know what it was decorated). Then it went with the next gear, the most important food variations. At first, each of us was placed on a plate with a part of rice and butter. A larger plate with 3 shells followed, each containing a small part of the main shell. The friendly lady told us what it was about, but her German was hard to understand for us, so we were only satisfied with our curiosity and decided to be brave and try everything. At first we went after the look and first tried the beef Goulash (with Persian herbs and beans that tasted very good to me, not so to my accompaniment. It was delicate meat and a beautiful sauce, very tasty. Then we took the chicken breast (in Berberitzen Aprikosensauce). This food tasted very intensely after apricots, maybe a little too much for my taste. In the end, we tried the food we took the least. She was in a very dark green brown sauce and had a peculiar taste for me. I can't say if Spinat was there or what the green actually was. I didn't like this food, my accompaniment liked it. The amount in the bowls was good. It was for each of us 1 2 tablespoons to try enough. We were both after. These main foods were not specifically designed for the eye, it was simply practical that three dishes fit on the plate. At the end there were homemade pannacotta, to my suffering with cherries and cherries sauce, which I unfortunately did not contract. So I just sown from the places that weren't delicious with sauce. My accompaniment was finished and my cherry ate friendly; Between the individual passages was not much time, they were always brought to the same shortly after eating the previous passage. After eating desserts we waited quite long for 15 20 min – until then the new additional service strength answered our question about a mocha or a coffee speciality. There was no mocha, we ordered a double espresso. Our plates have not yet been clarified what became a bit difficult when you bring the espresso sauces, because the tables are quite small and don't offer space for something extra. I would have imagined a double espresso, maybe he looked so little in the huge cups. Sugar was not brought to us, we also refused to ask. After eating and drinking I felt a need and looked for the toilet. There's only one for men and women. It is located directly opposite the entrance to the kitchen. The toilet is clean and sufficiently large. Conclusion: Only from the experience of this evening I would not visit the restaurant again. I can't tell you something was totally against me. But maybe a little bit of a forked way to ask the Groupon voucher immediately after entering the restaurant, perhaps the foods that are not so attractive to me, perhaps the somewhat unfavorable place at the door. My accompaniment was not so satisfied and did not find the reasonable price. With the Groupon coupon I had paid 25 euros, which should actually be 50 euros. She found it a little crowded. I am someone who is familiar with Arabic or oriental cuisine and also likes it. But the Persian cuisine may not be my case, and I prefer to stay with Syrian or Lebanese courts. I have read the almost exclusively very good reviews for this place on other platforms, but I was honestly rated and nothing beautified. I can only forgive 3 stars, the place is okay, but nothing special for me."

"Visits with my persian/Turkish related who live in hamburg. I was the only one who ordered a boneless chicken kebab. not only that the eating age needed to come, but when it did, it was disgusting, pink in and made me feel sick....if we complained waitress...was apologetic, but we were still told that we had to pay for it. they would have strangled the cost of my eating, because it was their fault that it was not cooked, but they refused. serving the uncooked chicken is very dangerous and can lead to salmonella poisoning in extreme cases. there are many other restaurants in hamburg that serve wonderful dining, so I suggest you avoid this poor and disgusting restaurant."

"Always like that. The personalities are very friendly. The food is great. Now we've been there a few times and ordered the same food again and again. But sometimes very salty and sometimes very little salt. Maybe you have to pay more attention."
