"The restaurant delivers its name as it brings you the authentic dishes and tastes of it to Marseille. It describes itself as “rustic but cosy” and, with its white naively concrete made tajmahal, vividly painted southern landscape, decorative fabrics on walls with well furnished wooden...touch on roofs and sides and open kitchen, it gives glance of exotic India with the comfort of home. The choice of the menu is intriguing. It's gives you limited but vivid and most authentic taste in marseille. The plates are served beautifully with nice little artsy touch in it. The menu is perfected and wisely choosen unlike numerous plates in other restaurant. It’s an age since I’ve tasted Indian food of such immediacy, such vibrancy and freshness, such zip and zing. Even the relishes and chutneys that arrive with a plate of poppadoms taste as though they’ve just been made, vivid with mint, chilies, sweet sauce with ananas and tamarind . The proletarian-sounding vegetable bhaji brings lacey gram flour fritters, almost fudgey inside, light and buttery bread, the chic cousins of the “indescribables” of my marseille Indian restaurant fangirl youth. Doesn't matter how much biryani I have tasted, this plate is different and best. The influenced dish of biryani features pneumatic, turmeric-licked chicken in a sauce so gently creamy with coconut, so blushing pink from saffron and aromatic from glossy mint leaves, it’s a study in luxurious subtlety. Even just the rice of it taste with aromatic spice take you to land sof exotic curry. The end of dinner with the addition of some of the pistachio kulfi is as rich and suave as a 70s playboy. The team are not trying to be clever or edgy. The owner of the restaurant is part of the team,they are humble with honest smile. This is food of the subcontinent elevated way beyond its uninspiring location. Must try."

"We ordered the salmon and served the white fish. The waiter told us that the chief was new so he made a mistake. ALLO????After he didn't offer to redo or withdraw the price on the ticket but he offered us the free nan. He's a nice man. We'll never go back. The dish was too banal and the price was too high."

"We go to this restaurant every time we come to Marseille, we have never been disappointed. The restaurant manager as well as the waiters and cook are adorable. Recently, they agreed to serve us as we arrived several minutes after the restaurant's closing schedule on Google, and they did not put pressure at all even if we were the only customers in the restaurant. Another time, the cook agreed to redo the lens dhal so that we could bring him home so much we loved, while he had started to close the kitchen. In short, we really recommend this restaurant both at the level of the dishes (we tested it quite well) and at the level of the staff. Good continuation to you and soon!"
