"I have been a regular customer at Saffron Tree for last few years and know the owner as well as most staff. I would have tried most of the vegetarian item on their menu. However, my customer service experience today was extremely bad. I ordered Paneer Tikka for Entrée and requested for it to be medium but it was very spicy and we couldn’t eat at all. When told the wait staff, she replaced the entrée for us. But, the replaced dish was absolutely bland and not good at all. So we immediately raised it to the hotel owner that there is a problem with the entrée today. To our surprise he comepletely refused that the dish had any problem. We did not eat it at all and the whole dish was returned but they refused to take it back or cancel the item. We paid for an item we did not eat at all. This was a shocking representation of extremely poor customer service."
