"We were in town for a major cheerleading competition. We made a group reservation via direct phone call and several parents made separate open-table reservations. We did this knowing there was a possibility of not being seated together but still being seated in small groups. They were not equipped to handle our party size and the manager was extremely rude! If they can’t accommodate, they should block the reservations on open table. I’m ok with automatic gratuity, especially with large groups, but the audacity to apply 20% gratuities is highway robbery for the service provided. The food was very well prepared and came out fairly quickly. This event has been occurring for several years, around the same time of the year, better staff preparation would help elevate their issues."
